Travel Terms and Conditions

 

All travels are subject to the "general terms and conditions" of PDM.

 

Conclusion of the travel agreement

  1. Registration has to be effected in written form by mail, e-mail or fax. Application forms can be ordered directly at PDM Language Travel (Tel.: 0043/(0)1/ 478 80 90-24 or office@pdmsprachreisen.com) or found for download on www.pdmsprachreisen.com.
  2. The booking is only binding after a written confirmation from PDM.
  3. After PDM received your registration, you will get a written confirmation in return immediately.

 

Services

The services stipulated by contract result from the description of our services in our brochure or on our website. All included services are mentioned in the booking confirmation.

 

Payment conditions

The payment of the complete costs is callable 28 days before departure. Travel documents will only be forwarded when cashed. Together with the booking confirmation we charge a deposit of 15% of the total costs.

 

Change of booking

If you'd like to change the travel agreement after conclusion, we will realise any change in the scope of our possibilities. Fifty Euros will be charged for any change of booking.

 

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your travel before departure, please notify PDM Sprachreisen in written form. Cancellation will be operative as soon as we received your notification by mail or fax. Concerning cancellation charges, please see our "general terms and conditions".

 

Travel insurance

We recommend concluding a travel insurance. Please find conditions and services on the information sheet we send you together with your booking confirmation.

 

Entry requirements, exchange and customs regulations

Each participant is responsible for the compliance with the valid entry requirements.

 

Press date

Information in our brochure is current as of publication date, August 2008.  

 

Guarantee

Each participant is obliged to inform the office of PDM Language Travel as soon as any deficiencies are detected.

Customer's money hedge according to RSV/1999 by bank guarantee No. 747BGA0700243, Deutsche Bank AG, Filiale Wien. Warrantor and liquidator in case of insolvency: Europäische Reiseversicherung, Augasse 5-7, 1090 Wien
